Kimberly Jackson


With a background in both law and public health nursing, Ms. Jackson brings a wealth of experience to our team regarding issues of land use and public health, regulations and policy, and the physical/physiological impacts that particular projects may have on the health and welfare of her clients. 

 

Ms. Jackson provides client guidance and legal assistance* to individuals and entities in areas of real property, land use and community planning, natural resources, regulatory compliance, and complex development issues (such as RCRA and CERCLA designated properties). Ms. Jackson also heads up our special projects team, emphasizing client projects that may fall outside of our areas of expertise such as wine and beverage law. 

 

A Colorado native, Ms. Jackson obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado, her nursing certificate from the Community College of Denver, and her J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

In addition to her legal work, Ms. Jackson is an Adjunct at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, where she teaches Business Law and Ethics to the next generation of business leaders within the School of Business Administration.

 

*Ms. Jackson is licensed in both North Dakota and New Mexico, which will allow for not only detailed consulting services, but legal representation in these jurisdictions. 

Eric Thayer

 

Eric Thayer provides client guidance on strategic planning, finance, and valuation. He has over twenty years of experience in captial intensive industries running pro forma evaluations, Merger & Acquisition transactions, greenfield and brownfield project development, Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic initiatives, and corporate finance. Mr. Thayer has also conducted a large number of staff augmentation projects to ensure that clients have the correct number of staff with the most suitable skillset and experience to complete a broad range of projects. 

 

Eric has experience in Merger & Acquisition projects valued at over $5 billion, as well as multi billion dollar project development efforts including procurement of financing. 

 

Mr. Thayer provides a wealth of experience to our clients who know what they would like to achieve, but need assistanace with the fiscal, financial planning, and staff augmentation issues that may be keeping them in the way of completion of their successful projects. 

 

Mr. Thayer obtained his Bachelors in Finance from the University of Denver, and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Indiana.

 

Terri Thomas


With over twenty years of administrative and judicial experience, Ms. Thomas provides our clients with an unrivaled 'white glove' experience as our Project Administrator and Legal Assistant. 

 

Ms. Thomas' familiarity with both state and federal courts allows her to handle all of our client's legal filings across multiple jurisdictions. From ensuring that our cases meet docket deadlines to ensuring proper civil procedures are met to timely file on your behalf, Ms. Thomas brings an attention to detail to these tasks that provides a level of in-house expertise to our cases. 

 

Ms. Thomas also conducts the majority of our legal research on case law, municipal filings, and administrative procedures. She is also responsible for project financial management and client communications, which ensures that your call or email is responded to courteously, professionally, and with lightening-fast speed.  

 

Ms. Thomas attended Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, as well as Trident University.
